Great Tree Zen Women's Temple is dedicated to supporting women's spiritual growth and development within the context of Zen practice. Women seeking to deepen their spiritual practice are invited to apply for residency at Great Tree.

Great Tree Zen Women's Temple offers 3-month Practice Periods in spring and fall. Practice Period offers an opportunity to renew one's commitment to spiritual practice. Participants are asked to commit to regular meditation and study group, as well as making a personal intention & commitment to engage in as many scheduled Great Tree activities as possible. All are encouraged (but not required) to attend one or more sesshins during Practice Period.
