Family Meditation
Last Sunday of the Month, 10:30am est
Parents and children of all ages are invited to join us. Family meditation is offered on a dana basis.

The Family Meditation Group gathers on the last Sunday of each month (except where noted in the schedule) to introduce children and parents to the practice of meditation through storytelling, crafts, and free play. Everyone is invited to stay after family meditation for snacky foods and social time - please bring something to share if you’re able.
Family Meditation sessions begin with a brief meditation and a Dharma teaching/discussion, followed by an activity that aligns with the day's theme, such as playmaking, singing, creative movement, origami, or other crafts.

Other Family Events
Families are invited to join annual celebrations, such as the Buddha’s Birthday Party, Buddha's Enlightenment Celebration & Craft Sale, all city Wesak, Annual Summer Camp-out, Sangha picnic, and Segaki (celebration of our ancestors).
