What are your final wishes?
Death is a journey that all must take, and establishing your path before the time arrives can make that journey easier for you and your loved ones. Documenting and communicating your final wishes is critical so that your loved ones know what you want and what to do when the time comes.
Perhaps you have thought about starting, completing, reviewing, or even finding your end-of-life documents. This workshop is unique in that we discuss After-Death Care Directives (your desired wishes for the care of your body after death) in addition to Advanced Care Directives, which address your care leading up to your death. We create an environment where you can think about end-of-life care more deeply and offer you an opportunity to participate in a casual group setting where you will work to complete your advance care and after-death care documents. The goal: a notarized set of end-of-life documents and knowing what your next steps are.
