Request for Memorial or Honoraria ~

• If you wish to have someone remembered due to illness, personal difficulties, like surgery or incarceration, please include the beginning & end dates and we will include their names for up to 14 days during that time.
• If you wish to have someone honored on the occasion of an anniversary  birthday, or special event.
• If someone has recently died, we will include their full name  for 49 days from the date of death.
• Once a year, we honor those who have died during the past year or earlier during a traditional Japanese period called Oban (“honoring the ancestors”), held in the summer (starting 2012).  Any names sent in during the year will be read during  Oban services. Please notify us  anytime, but no later than June 15th to be included in Oban ceremonies.
• And, if you wish to memorialize someone on the date of their death after a year or more, be sure to include the date.
• We are glad to include remembrances for your animal companions-friends as well.  Tell us about their role in your life.  (i.e. Saki, our family cat of 14 years)
