Helpful Information
Registrations for retreats are taken on a first-come first serve basis. If you sign up on line without making a payment of full fees or deposit, you registration is incomplete: your name will be added to a waiting list until we receive deposit, full fees AND your Personal Information Form. We must receive full payment and your Personal Info Form 7 days prior to an event start date.
A deposit of one-half the full fee is required at the time of registration for each program over $100.
You may choose to remit a deposit until 14 days prior to the event start date, after which the full fee is due. Registrations received after the 14 day window should include the full fee.
Registration closes not later than 7 days prior to the start date, when all forms and fees are due. If we have insufficient enrollment 7 days prior to an event it is subject to cancellation.
Retreats can fill quickly, so please make reservations early. Waiting lists are created for filled classes. Registrants will be wait-listed in order of application and notified if space becomes available; fees are due in full when space is confirmed.
How to register by mail:
- Request or pick up a Personal Information form. We are happy to send you one by mail.
- Or, click here: Personal Info Form, select the contents of the form and print the selection.
- Send the completed form(s) in with your check for the deposit ($100 for events over $100) or full amount.
- You are considered a member if you have been on our mailing lists for over 90 days and you may opt to apply the membership discount.
- Write the name of the event on the memo line of your check.
- We need to receive your Personal Info Form and deposit 14 days before the start date. From 14 to 7 days, you should remit the full amount.
- Total balance is due for everyone, no later than 7 days prior to the start date.
- Or, you secure a reservation through our registration gateway on this site, following the links below and pay be check. It will notify us to look for your registration in the mail.
To pay online by credit card.
- Print the Required Personal Info Form and send it in by snail mail.
- We need to receive not later than 14 days prior to start date with a deposit or full payment.
