To  facilitate the registration process, please  take a moment and read through ALL of the information ABOUT REGISTRATION below.  We offer several options: registration by check or money order or registration here on-line. You may remit a deposit or full fee. Please review these options then mindfully follow the directions. Of course, if you have questions, please contact us by phone or email.

About Membership:

Are you a Member?  Membership is elective and up to you. The answer is YES  if you have received email  updates or our newsletter 90 days prior to registration.  If you are NOT on a mailing list but would like to learn more, check out MEMBERSHIP.  To assist those who are frequent participants, members may opt for reduced fees.

Complete your Registration – Submit a Personal Information Form with your Payment.

In order for your registration to be complete, we ask that you submit a Great Tree Personal Reservation Form and send it to us by snail mail. Everyone who attends is asked to fill out this form and we ask that it be on hand when you arrive.

If you are unable to print one, please request one to be sent to you and return it to Great Tree no later than 7  days prior to the start of the event.

Fee Requirements

• If you wish to register early and submit a deposit, around 1/2 the total  fee, with the balance due no later than 7  days from the start date.
• We cannot accept credit cards at the Temple. Please remit any balance due by check or money order.
• If you are financially challenged, please contact us to make alternate arrangements.

Payment Options

1. You may  choose to remit your fees by check, money order or by credit card.
2. Click on the name of the event in the sidebar right or below and follow the directions mindfully.
3. You will receive a confirmation by email. Please print it as a receipt,  for your records.
4. Send us a completed Personal Information Form by snail mail no matter how you register, we need to have it on hand when you arrive.
5. Complete your registration and your fees 7 days prior to the start date.
6. If you need to make alternate arrangements, please contact us.

Reminders:  About Deposits, Cancellation and Deadlines 

1. Deposit option expires 14 days prior to an event.   The balance is due 7 days before you arrive unless other arrangements are made.
2. Full payment of fees should be made  if you register  in the last 14 days before the event begins, after the deposit option expires.
3. Please register early. Registration closes 3 days prior to the event. If the event fills early, you may ask to be alerted if someone cancels.
4. Overnight events are limited by the number of sleeping spaces available. During temperate weather, tent camping with your own gear is an option. Fees remain the same, however, and you are asked to take all meals at the zendo and participate fully in the program.
5. You may register for part of a longer sesshin, but you must begin on Friday (or start day) and stay through at least Sunday noon or Monday morning.  Please contact us if you need to leave early and we will adjust the fee.
