In order for your registration to be complete, we ask that you submit a Great Tree Personal Reservation Form and send it to us by snail mail. Everyone who attends is asked to fill out this form and we ask that it be on hand when you arrive.
If you are unable to print this form, please request one to be sent to you and return it to Great Tree no later than 7 days prior to the start of the event.
Payment Options :
- Deposit option: payment is 1/2 of total fee due for events over $100.
- The deposit option is available up to 14 days prior to start date. Balance is due on arrival.
- Full payment of fee is requested if you register 14 -7 days prior to the event.
- Registration closes 3 days prior to the event. Late registrations are accepted if space is available. If the event fills, we wills start a waiting list. Please register early.
- Options for Non-Members, Members and Deposit (for all) are in the drop down menu.
- Choose one and then follow the directions to pay by check, money order or securely through our registration gateway.
How to pay a Balance Due
1) Sending in a check for the balance due no later than 7 days prior to event start is preferred to simply your arrival. 2) Use the Donate Button below -( fees, however, are not tax exempt) Be sure to indicate what program you are planning to attend.Complete the Registration Process
Your registration is incomplete without a deposit or pre-payment of fees and accompanied by a Personal Information Form. Because we ask for confidential information, we request you send the PersInfoForm by snail mail.
Please register early, as retreats often fill quickly.
Complete descriptions and details for each retreat may vary. Click on the name of the retreat to find out more and follow the registration steps mindfully to complete the process. You will receive confirmation by email from our Office and Registrar.
About Withdrawal and Cancellations
Deposits or fees are refundable for any reason up to seven (14) days prior to a retreat; thereafter a 25% processing charge will be applied. You must notify us in writing or by email if you need to withdraw (please, no phone calls).
We reserve the right to cancel if there are insufficient registrations. We will notify those who have registered that the event is cancelled no later than 7 days prior to the start date. If it is rescheduled, you may transfer your fees to the rescheduled event or request a full refund.
In the event we are forced to cancel due to bad weather (this is rare), we will fully refund any fees or deposits. Fees can be transferred if we reschedule an event (no longer than 90 days).
We cannot be responsible for any travel expenses incurred as a result of cancellation.
