Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy

If you need to withdraw:

We understand that there are times when unplanned events may force you to change your schedule.  If you need to withdraw for any reason, we request that you notify in writing by email or snail mail, us as soon as you are able. Contact us by email.

If Great Tree received your withdrawal  seven (7) days prior to  the event, all but a  25%  processing fee will be reimbursed of any fees paid.

If Great Tree needs to cancel a retreat:

Great Tree reserves the right to cancel an event for any reason, for instance insufficient enrollment or staff illness. We may ask you to transfer your fees to the event if it is rescheduled (no longer than 90 days), recieve a refund or make it a gift of dana.

We are sometimes forced to cancel a program due to bad weather in winter months. (This is rare, but road conditions can be challenging.)   If  this occurs,  you will have the option to transfer fees to the program if rescheduled, or receive a full refund.

Great Tree can not reimburse any pre-paid or incurred travel expenses.
