
Event Registration
You can register by either (1) downloading the PDF registration form below and sending it to us at the snail mail address above or (2) requesting a Microsoft Word registration that you can send back as an attachment to info@greattreetemple.org.
In either case you will receive an acknowledgement and a reminder with more information about the event as the event nears. Also in either case, we would appreciate your sending a check for half the price of the event to reserve your space. This should be received within five (5) days of registration. Your registration is not complete until your deposit has been received. The remaining payment is due upon arrival at Great Tree. Make checks payable to Great Tree Zen Temple.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, we request that you do so in a timely fashion, so we can contact people on the waiting list. Cancellation must be received in writing by email (info@greattreetemple.org) or snail mail. If Great Tree receives your cancellation seven (7) days before the event, all but a $25 processing fee will be reimbursed, if requested. If Great Tree cancels an event, the entire amount will be reimbursed.

To register for Great Tree sesshins and workshops by snail mail, we invite you to click on the Registration Form below. Just download it, print it out, fill it in, and send it back to us by snail mail with a deposit. Please send to the attention of the Registration Coordinator.
